Dilled Broccoli And Carrots
|Thinly sliced onion||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Thinly sliced carrot||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Broccoli||2 Cup (32 tbs), cut into 1-inch florets with thinly sliced stems|
|Chopped fresh dill||3 Tablespoon|
|Freshly ground black pepper||1 Dash|
1. In 3-quart microwavable casserole, combine onion, carrot, and 2 tablespoons water. Cover tightly with lid or vented plastic wrap. Microwave on High 2 minutes, or until onion is tender.
2. Stir in broccoli and dill. Cover and microwave on High 3 minutes, or until vegetables are tender-crisp, stirring once. Let stand, covered, 1 minute. Season with salt and pepper.
