Creamy Dill Dip
|Dairy sour cream||250 Milliliter (1 Cup)|
|Mayonnaise||50 Milliliter (1/4 Cup)|
|Dill weed||15 Milliliter (1 Tablespoon)|
|Dried parsley flakes||1 1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Celery salt||1 1⁄4 Teaspoon|
|Onion powder||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
|Garlic||1 Clove (5 gm), mashed|
|Prepared horseradish||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
In small mixer bowl, put all ingredients and mix at LOW then at MEDIUM-LOW until smooth.
Cover and chill at least 2 hours.
Serve with raw vegetables such as carrot or celery sticks, cauliflower slices, and cherry tomatoes.
