Breakfast Recipe- Green Detox Smoothie

With 2017 just starting, everyone has their typical New Years resolutions in full force with eating healthy. Stick to your resolution by starting your morning off right with this delicious green detox smoothie! It will fill you up and you won't feel bad about it... unlike all of those Christmas cookies you ate. Happy New Year everyone! Cheers to a healthy and happy 2017!

Ingredients

Spinach 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Diced cucumber 3/4 Cup (12 tbs)
Fresh ginger piece 1 1/2 Inch , peeled
Lemon 1/2 , peeled
Avocado 1/4
Honey 1 Tablespoon
Ice cubes 4
Water 1 Cup (16 tbs)

Directions

MAKING:

In a blender, combine spinach, cucumber, ginger, lemon, avocado, honey, ice cubes, water and blend on high for 1 minute or until smooth.

SERVING:

Serve and enjoy!
