Ingredients
  Smooth peanut butter 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Pitted dates 8 , split open length wise
  Freshly grated orange peel 2 Teaspoon, divided
  Confectioner's sugar 1⁄2 Teaspoon
Directions

In small bowl combine peanut butter and 1 teaspoon orange peel; spoon 1/8 of mixture into each date.
Sift an equal amount of sugar over each filled date, then sprinkle each with 1/8 of the remaining orange peel.
