Delicious Wrapped Cheese Stuffed Dates

Ingredients
  Medjool dates 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), halved
  Gorgonzola cheese 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Facon 3
Directions

MAKING
1. Stuff small fillings of the cheese into each of the halved dates and wrap each of them with strips of facon and stick a tooth pick in it so that the wraps stay intact.
2. Arrange the wraps on a baking tray and bake it at 350 F for 15 minutes. If not done after 15 minutes, rotate the pan and flip the wraps over and bake again for about 3 minutes.

SERVING
3. Serve the wraps warm.

TIP
You can use any variety cheese of your choice for the stuffing, like Swiss cheese or cheddar cheese or ricotta cheese or even mozzarella cheese.
