|Wheat/Cornflakes||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Dates||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs), chopped|
|Lemon juice||2 Teaspoon|
|Pecan nuts||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Sifted icing sugar||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Pecan nuts||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), halved for topping|
Mince the cereal, dates and pecans (not the halves).
Into this add honey, butter, lemon juice, and knead well until well mixed.
Shape into small balls, roll in icing sugar and top with pecan halves.
