|Water||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
|Tiny marshmallows||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Cream||1 Cup (16 tbs), whipped|
|Chopped dates||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Chopped english walnuts||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
Crush cookies and reserve 1/4 c.for top.
Pat crumbs into bottom of 8" x 12" pan.
Combine dates, water, salt and bring to boil; simmer for 3 minutes.
Remove from heat, add marshmallows and stir until melted.
Let cool; stir in nuts.
Spread mixture over crumbs.
Whip cream, add vanilla, and spread on top.
Sprinkle crumbs on top, and add 1 walnut half for each serving.
Chill over night.
