|Shredded coconut||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Dates||1 Cup (16 tbs), chopped|
|Sweetened condensed milk milk||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
|Walnuts||1 Cup (16 tbs), chopped|
|Vanilla extract||2 Teaspoon|
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Grease cookie sheet.
Process coconut in food processor until finely ground.
Combine with dates, condensed milk, walnuts and vanilla in bowl; mix well.
Drop by spoonfuls onto prepared cookie sheet.
Bake for 8 to 10 minutes or until golden brown.
Remove to wire rack to cool.
