Ingredients
  Powdered sugar 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Pitted dates 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Walnuts 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Eggs 2
  Butter 1 Tablespoon, softened
  Flour 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Cinnamon 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
Directions

1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Set aside 1 tablespoon powdered sugar. In a food processor, combine remaining powdered sugar with dates, walnuts, eggs, butter, flour, cinnamon, and salt. Process until dates and nuts are finely chopped.
2. Turn date mixture into a greased 9-inch square pan, leveling surface. Bake 20 to 22 minutes, or until center is firm.
3. While still warm, cut into 25 squares and sift reserved powdered sugar over top. Place on a wire rack and let cool completely. Store in an airtight container.
