Pineapple Date Whip

Ingredients
  Whipping cream 2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)
  Lemon juice 1 Tablespoon
  Crushed pineapple 1 Cup (16 tbs), drained
  Pitted dates 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), chopped (Moist)
  Salt 1 Pinch
  Sugar To Taste
Directions

Have cream thoroughly chilled in refrigerator.
Turn into chilled bowl and beat with a chilled rotary beater until thick; then add lemon juice and continue beating until quite stiff.
Fold in the pineapple, chopped dates, and salt; then fold in sugar to suit taste, if any is required.
