  Cream cheese 4 Ounce, softened
  Orange rind 1 Teaspoon, grated
  Orange juice 2 Teaspoon
  Date nut roll can 8 Ounce

1. Blend cream cheese and orange rind and juice until soft enough to spread in a small bowl.
2. Halve date-nut roll lengthwise and spread one side with half of the cheese mixture; put back together to form a roll. Halve again at right angles to first cut; spread with the remaining cheese mixture; put back together. (The roll will be divided into 4 sections, separated by the cheese mixture.)
3. Wrap tightly in waxed paper, foil or plastic wrap. Chill at least 2 hours, or overnight.
4. When ready to serve, slice roll crosswise into 10 rounds. Lay each flat and cut into quarters, cutting through bread not filling. Arrange on serving tray.
