Orange Date Logs

Ingredients
  Frozen undiluted orange juice 3 Tablespoon
  Quartered marshmallows 1 Cup (16 tbs), packed (Large Size)
  Chopped dates 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Chopped nuts/Coconut 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Icing sugar 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Crushed vanilla wafers/Graham wafers / cereal 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Desiccated coconut 2 Tablespoon (Orange Tinted)
  Snipped orange gumdrops 1 Tablespoon
Directions

Stir the orange juice with the marshmallows and let them stand to soften, about 5 minutes.
Add dates, nuts, icing sugar and crushed wafers.
Test by squeezing a small handful together.
If too moist add more crushed wafers.
Mold into small logs or balls and roll in tinted coconut.
Decorate with bits of orange-colored gumdrops.
Chill.
