Pear And Date Crisp

Ingredients
  Pears 2 Medium, peeled, cored, and sliced
  Pitted dates 5 , snipped
  All purpose flour 1 Tablespoon
  Frozen unsweetened apple juice concentrate 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Water 2 Tablespoon
  Vanilla 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Crushed graham crackers 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Ground cinnamon 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Margarine 2 Tablespoon
Directions

In a 1-quart casserole toss together pears and dates.
Sprinkle with 1 tablespoon flour; toss to coat.
Stir together apple juice concentrate, water, and vanilla.
Drizzle over pear mixture.
Cover casserole with lid or foil.
Bake in a 375° oven for 25 to 30 minutes or till pears are tender.
In a small mixing bowl combine graham crackers, 1 tablespoon flour, and cinnamon.
Cut in margarine till crumbly.
Remove lid from casserole.
Sprinkle crumb mixture evenly over fruit.
Bake, uncovered, for 5 to 10 minutes more or till topping is golden.
Cool slightly.
