Date Balls

Ingredients
  Dates 2 Cup (32 tbs), chopped
  Butter 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Honey 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Egg 1 , beaten
  Vanilla 1 Teaspoon
  Sunflower seeds 2 Cup (32 tbs), chopped
  Coconut 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) (for rolling)
Directions

Mix dates, butter, honey, egg, and vanilla in a saucepan.
Bring to a rolling boil and boil 1 minute.
Cool.
Add seeds.Form into 1-inch balls and rol in coconut.
Store in refrigerator.
