|Salted peanuts||100 (Whole)|
|White dietetic coating chocolate||2 Ounce|
Remove any stem ends from dates.
Carefully open each date and stuff with two whole peanuts.
Place on a plate and refrigerate until cool.
Melt white coating and paraffin wax in a small jar or dish over simmering water.
Using two forks, dip each date, one at a time, until completely coated.
Place on waxed paper to firm.
Store in refrigerator.
