Stuffed Dates

Ingredients
  Almond paste 4 Ounce (100 Gram)
  Finely chopped pistachio nuts 40 Gram (Generous 1/4 Cup)
  Orange liqueur 1 Tablespoon
  Sugar 3 Tablespoon
  Pitted dates 225 Gram (1 1/4 Cup)
  Sugar 1 Tablespoon
Directions

On a surface sprinkled lightly with powdered sugar, knead almond paste with pistachios and liqueur.
Form marzipan into small balls; dip in sugar.
Press marzipan balls into pitted dates.
Mark marzipan into ridges with a knife; sprinkle with a little additional sugar.
