Date Pecan Molds
|Cream cheese||8 Ounce, softened (1 Package)|
|Orange juice||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Canned crushed pineapple||8 3⁄4 Ounce, drained (1 Can)|
|Snipped pitted dates||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Chopped pecans||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Chopped maraschino cherries||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Grated orange peel||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Whipping cream||1 Cup (16 tbs), whipped|
Beat together cream cheese and orange juice till fluffy.
Stir in drained pineapple, dates, nuts, cherries, and orange peel.
Fold in whipped cream.
Spoon into eight 1/2 cuP molds or one 8 1/2 x 4 1/2 x 2 1/2 inch loaf dish.
Freeze till firm.
Let stand at room temperature 10 to 15 minutes before serving.
Un mold each on orange slice.
