|Dates||1 Cup (16 tbs), chopped|
Beat eggs and sugar until light and frothy; add rest of ingredients and mix well.
Put into ungreased casserole and bake 30 minutes at 350°.
Remove from oven and let cool.
When cool enough to handle, beat and roll into small balls.
Then roll in powdered sugar.
