Custard Square Recipes
Preheat oven to 425 F 220 C . Roll out pastry to 24 x 12 inch 60 x 30 cm rectangle. Cut in half across width. Place on 2 baking trays sprinkle with cold water and prick with fork. Stand pastry for 10 minutes then bake 12 18 minutes. Allow to cool on cake rack.

1. Beat the eggs. Add all ingredient except the cinnamon. Blend well. 2. Pour mixture into 8x8 non metallic baking dish. Sprinkle cinnamon on top. 3. Place baking dish inside a larger baking dish of cool water. The water should be at least 1 2 way up main
