|Milk||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)|
|Sugar||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
In glass measuring cup, cook milk on high (9) for 3 minutes to scald.
In glass baking dish, beat together eggs, sugar, salt, and vanilla.
Gradually stir hot milk into egg mixture.
Sprinkle with nutmeg.
Cook on Defrost (4) for 9 to 10 minutes or until custard is almost set.
Custard will become firm as it cools.
