Easy Baked Custard
|Milk||3 Cup (48 tbs)|
|Sugar||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
Heat milk until hot but not boiling.
Beat eggs in large bowl.
Add sugar and salt.
Add milk slowly, stirring all the time.
Mix in vanilla.
Pour into baking pan.
Sprinkle with nutmeg or cinnamon.
Bake at 300Â°F about 1 hour, until a knife stuck in center comes out clean.
