|Butter||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Onions||6 Medium, sliced and diced|
|Eggs||2 , beaten|
|Milk||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Nutmeg/Curry powder||1 Pinch|
In a frying pan melt butter, add onions; stir until well-coated with butter and saute until golden brown.
Combine remaining ingredients, and add to onions.
Pour into a buttered one quart casserole dish.
Bake, uncovered, at 375Â°F for 25 to 30 minutes or until set like a custard.
Excellent with seafood, veal or fowl.
