Microwave Custard

Ingredients
  Eggs 4
  Caster sugar 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Vanilla essence 2 Teaspoon
  Milk 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Cream 300 Milliliter
Directions

1.
Lightly beat eggs, sugar and vanilla essence in a Pyrex jug.
2.
Stir in milk and cream.
3.
Cook for 3 minutes on HIGH.
Stir halfway through cooking.
4.
Cook a further 10-12 minutes on MEDIUM, stirring every 2 minutes.
5.
Serve hot.
