Cinnamon Baked Custard
|Milk||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Cinnamon stick||3 Inch|
|Eggs||4 , beaten|
|Sugar||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
Combine milk and cinnamon in a saucepan; bring to a boil.
Reduce heat and simmer for 3 minutes; remove cinnamon.
Cool; combine eggs, sugar and milk.
Pour into 5 or 6 greased custard cups.
Place in pan of hot water.
Bake at 325° for 1 hour, or until set
