Black Cherry Flan

Ingredients
  Canned black cherries 1 Pound (450 Gram)
  Black currant jelly/Blackberry jelly 2 Tablespoon (30 Milliliter)
  Double heavy cream 1⁄4 Pint, whipped (5/8 Cup / 150 Milliliter)
Directions

1 Place the sponge flan case on a serving dish.
Drain the canned cherries, reserving the juice, and arrange the cherries over the flan.
2 Melt the jelly in a pan with 50 ml (2 oz) (1/4 cup) of the fruit juice.
Pour over the cherries.
Top with whipped cream and serve
