Grape Flan

Ingredients
  Cream cheese 3⁄4 Pound (About 350 Gram Or 2 Cups)
  Oranges 2 , juiced
  Grated orange rind 1
  9 inch cooked pie shell 1 (Measuring Around 22.5 Centimeter)
  Green grapes 1⁄4 Pound, halved and deseeded (About 100 Gram)
  Black grapes 1⁄4 Pound, halved and deseeded (About 100 Gram)
  Castor sugar 1 Tablespoon (Also Known As Fine Granulated, About 15 Milliliter)
  Water 1 Fluid Ounce (About 30 Milliliter Or 2 Tablespoon)
Directions

1 Mix together the cream cheese, orange juice and rind.
Spread this mixture across the base of the pie shell.
2 Arrange 2 triangles of green grapes and 2 of black grapes on top of the filling, facing inwards.
3 Boil the sugar and water until syrupy and brush over the grapes.
Serve with whipped cream.
