Baked Tuna Custard

The baked tuna custard is is a savory custard prepared with bread cubes, canned tuna, combined with shallots. Added to a beaten eggs mix flavored with lemon juice along with milk, the custard mix is easoned to taste and sprinkled with cheese and paprika. baked and served with a salad it makes a light meal. Adapted from Sharp Microwave and Convection Cookbook.
Ingredients
  Bread slices 4 , crusts removed and cut into 2 cm cubes
  Canned tuna 180 Gram, drained
  Shallots 4 , chopped
  Lemon juice 1 Teaspoon
  Eggs 3
  Grated cheese 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

Preheat oven 180°C.
Combine bread cubes, tuna and shallots in a greased 1.25-litre pudding dish.
Beat lemon juice, eggs, milk, salt and pepper together.
Fold into tuna mixture.
Sprinkle with cheese and paprika.
Place on Low Rack, cook for 22-25 minutes on LOW MIX/BAKE 180°C.
Allow to stand for 5 minutes, covered with foil, before serving.
Serve with salad and French bread.
