Baked Tuna Custard
|Bread slices||4 , crusts removed and cut into 2 cm cubes|
|Canned tuna||180 Gram, drained|
|Shallots||4 , chopped|
|Lemon juice||1 Teaspoon|
|Grated cheese||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
Preheat oven 180Â°C.
Combine bread cubes, tuna and shallots in a greased 1.25-litre pudding dish.
Beat lemon juice, eggs, milk, salt and pepper together.
Fold into tuna mixture.
Sprinkle with cheese and paprika.
Place on Low Rack, cook for 22-25 minutes on LOW MIX/BAKE 180Â°C.
Allow to stand for 5 minutes, covered with foil, before serving.
Serve with salad and French bread.
