Rice Custard Pudding

Rice Custard Pudding is a very easy to prepare delicious recipe. Enjoy this amazingly mouth watering Rice Custard Pudding dish; I am sure you would love to share your experience with me.
Ingredients
  Steamed rice 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Scalded milk 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Eggs 2 , beaten
  Sugar/Sweetener to taste 3 1⁄2 Tablespoon
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Seedless raisins 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Vanilla 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Butter 1⁄2 Tablespoon
Directions

Mix the sugar and the salt with the eggs; mix well.
Add vanilla.
Add milk slowly to the egg mixture.
Add rice and raisins, mixing well.
Use 1/2 tbs.butter to grease a baking dish.
Pour mixture into baking dish.
Bake as for custard, in 325 degree oven, in a pan of hot water.
Do not let the water in the pan boil or the custard mixture will be coarse.
