Fruit And Creme Brulee
|Pineapple cubes||2 Cup (32 tbs) (Fresh)|
|Strawberries||2 Cup (32 tbs), halved|
|Kiwifruit||2 Medium, peeled and sliced|
|Low fat sour cream||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Neufchatel cheese||2 Ounce, softened|
|Firmly packed brown sugar||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
Combine first 3 ingredients in a bowl; stir gently.
Divide evenly among 6 (6 ounce) ovenproof ramekins or custard cups.
Combine sour cream and cheese; stir well.
Spoon evenly over fruit mixture.
Place ramekins on a baking sheet.
Sprinkle evenly with brown sugar.
Broil 2 minutes or until sugar melts.
