Cheese Custard Fiesta
|Frozen mixed vegetables||20 Ounce (10 Ounces, 2 Packages)|
|Milk||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Grated onion||1 Tablespoon|
|Dried parsley flakes||1 Teaspoon|
|Liquid red pepper seasoning||3 Drop|
|Processed american cheese||8 Ounce, shredded|
Cook mixed vegetables, following label directions; drain.
Spoon into a 6-cup baking dish.
Scald milk with onion, parsley flakes, salt, and liquid red pepper seasoning in a small saucepan.
Beat eggs slightly in a medium-size bowl; slowly stir in milk mixture.
Sprinkle cheese over vegetables in baking dish; pour egg mixture over top.
Set dish in a baking pan on oven shelf; pour boiling water into pan to a depth of about an inch.
Bake in moderate oven (350Â°) for 50 minutes, or until set in center.
