Fruit Brulee

Ingredients
  Canned pitted black cherries 16 Ounce (Drained)
  Canned figs 17 Ounce (Drained)
  Canned pears 16 Ounce (Drained)
  Canned apricots 16 Ounce (Drained)
  Granulated sugar 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Grated lemon rind 1 Tablespoon
  Firmly packed brown sugar 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
Directions

Combine fruits, juices and rinds in (10 x 6-inch) baking dish.
Sprinkle brown sugar overtop.
Microwave 15 minutes on HIGH, or until mixture is hot and syrupy, stirring once after 7 minutes.
Serve hot or cold, garnished with dairy sour cream, if desired.
