|Canned pitted black cherries||16 Ounce (Drained)|
|Canned figs||17 Ounce (Drained)|
|Canned pears||16 Ounce (Drained)|
|Canned apricots||16 Ounce (Drained)|
|Granulated sugar||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Grated lemon rind||1 Tablespoon|
|Firmly packed brown sugar||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)|
Combine fruits, juices and rinds in (10 x 6-inch) baking dish.
Sprinkle brown sugar overtop.
Microwave 15 minutes on HIGH, or until mixture is hot and syrupy, stirring once after 7 minutes.
Serve hot or cold, garnished with dairy sour cream, if desired.
