Apricot Custard

Ingredients
  Fresh milk 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Dried apricots 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), soaked and drained
  Raw honey 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Eggs 3
Directions

Blend all ingredients until smooth.
Pour into oiled custard cups.
Place cups in a pan of hot water.
Bake 45 minutes at 350 Degree.
