Baked Custard

Ingredients
  Milk 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Raw honey 2 Tablespoon (or 3 tablespoons pure maple syrup)
  Eggs 3 , beaten
  Sea salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Vanilla 1⁄2 Teaspoon
Directions

Heat the milk to scalding.
Add the honey.
Cool to lukewarm.
Mix the eggs and seasonings.
Add to the milk and mix well.
Pour mixture into 6 oiled custard cups.
Set in a pan of hot water.
Bake at 325 Degree for 40 minutes, or until firm.
