Custard - Crema Pasticcera

Ingredients
  Yolks 3 Medium
  Cane sugar 3 Tablespoon
  Flour 1 Tablespoon
  Lemon zest 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Milk 10 Ounce
Directions

MAKING
1. In a bowl beat the egg yolks with cane sugar, let the sugar dissolve and then add the flour and lemon zest.
2. Transfer the content in a bowl and on low heat start adding milk in think stream, stirring continuously.
3. Once the custard becomes thick and smooth remove from heat and pour in in a cold glass bowl, keep it in the fridge to cool.

SERVING
4. Serve with fresh fruits or tart.
