Flan (Caramel Custard)

Ingredients
  Sugar 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Vanilla 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Evaporated milk 14 Ounce
  Eggs 2
  Milk 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Caramel┬ásauce 4 Tablespoon
Directions

Prepare custard and bake in custard cups as for Creme Caramel (below). Chill. Unmold in serving dishes. This is a favorite "South of the Border" dessert.
