Once A Week Kitchen - How To Make Instant Custard

Ingredients
  Custard powder 2 Tablespoon
  Sugar 1 Tablespoon
  Dried milk 5 Tablespoon
  Full cream milk 3 Tablespoon
  Boiling water 1 Pint
Directions

MAKING
1. In a measuring cup, place custard powder, sugar, dried milk and full cream milk. Using a whisk mix until the consistency is smooth. Add boiling water and whisk.

SERVING
2. Use this custard for topping your favorite puddings or just like that.

TIP
If you want thicker consistency, pop the prepared sauce in the microwave for 1 minute.
