Apple Flan

Ingredients
  Cooked apples 1 Pound
  White wine 1 Tablespoon
  Water 2 Tablespoon
  Sugar 2 Ounce
  Eating apples 2
  Lemon 1 , juiced
  Sponge flan case 1
Directions

MAKING
1) Using a peeler, peel and slice the cooking apples
2) Tip into a frying pan with wine, water and sugar
3) Cook over a low heat till tender
4) Drain the apples in a colander
5) Place into the refrigerator and spoon into the flan case
6) Core the apples and then slice the eating apples
7) Dip the apples into lemon juice
8) Arrange the slices atop the flan

SERVING
9) Serve the fan warm with some cream
