  Plain chocolate 2 Ounce, grated or chopped finely (60 gram)

MAKING
1. Prepare the Custard Sauce.
2. Stir in the chocolate while it's still hot.

SERVING
3. If serving hot, keep Chocolate Custard Sauce warm or reheat it in a water bath.
