Covert's Coveted Custard

Ingredients
  Eggs 4
  Sugar 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Vanilla 1 Teaspoon
  Egg white 2
  Eggs 2
  Scalded milk 1 Quart
Directions

MAKING
1) ) Using the electric beater, whip the egg whites
2) Add in the sugar and salt gradually and beat the whites till well combined
3) Add in the milk to the egg mixture and add in vanilla
4) Spoon in the mixture into 6 ounce ramekins or custard cups
5) Place the cups or ramekins into a roasting pan of shallow water
6) Pour the boiling water reaching to the sides of the cups
7) Bake for an hour at 350 F for 30 minutes
8) Take out the cups once baked and cool onto a wire rack
9) Cover with cling film and place in the refrigerator to chill

SERVING
10) Serve chilled
