Orange Flan With Chocolate Grand Marnier Sauce

Ingredients
  Grated orange rind 4 Tablespoon
  Milk 4 Cup (64 tbs)
  Eggs 8 Small
  Sugar 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Triple sec 1 Tablespoon
  Semi sweet chocolate chips 1⁄2 Pound
  Boiled water 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Butter 2 Tablespoon, softened
  Grand marnier 1 Tablespoon
Directions

GETTING READY
1)Preheat oven to 325 degrees.

MAKING
2)Take a pan,heat and scaled the milk with orange rind.
3)In a bowl,beat eggs and sugar together.
4)Add the scalded milk to egg mixture and whisk swiftly.
5)Add triple sec
6)Now strain rind from the mixture
7)Divide into 12 cups,of 6 ounces each.
8)Now place carefully in a roasting pan,with water halfway of the cups. This is a water bath.
9)Bake upto 25 minutes till a toothpick or fork comes out clean.
10)Cool on rack and refrigerate.
11)Take a pan,add the chocolate chips. Boil some water and pour over the chips,whisk smoothly.
12)Add the grand marnier and butter and blend well.

SERVING
13) Now unmold the cups.
14)Pour sauce over the flan and serve
