Baked Custard

Ingredients
  Eggs 3
  Sugar 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Vanilla 1 Tablespoon
Directions

MAKING
1. In a bowl, beat eggs slightly, add sugar, salt, creamer, vanilla and mix well.

FINALISING
2. Into greased custard cups, pour the mixture. Place the cups in a large baking tray filled with boiling water.
3. In a preheated oven, bake at 180 degrees centigrade for about 35 minutes, until well set.
4. Allow to cool and chill.

SERVING
5. De-mold and serve chilled.
