Almond Fruit Flan

Ingredients
  Flour 8 Ounce
  Caster sugar 4 Ounce
  Butter 4 Ounce
  Egg yolks 3
  Almond essence 3 Drop (from Ground almonds - 4 oz)
  Mixed fresh fruit 1 Cup (16 tbs) (fruits in season such as pears, grapes, pineapple, bananas, strawberries, greengages, etc.)
  Apricot glaze 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Whipped cream 3 Tablespoon (for serving)
Directions

GETTING READY
1.Preheat the oven to 375 degrees.
2.Sieve flour on a platform.
3.Fold in sugar, butter, yolks and almond essence.
4.Add a sprinkling of ground almonds.
5.Mix well and refrigerate for 1 hour.

MAKING
6.Roll the dough and bake it for 20 -25 minutes after lining it on the flan ring.
7.Once done, take off the ring, apply apricot glaze on the flan and leave to cool.
8.Arrange the seasonal fruits in the flan case.
9.Apply the apricot glaze again.

SERVING
10.Serve warm.
