|Vanilla sugar||10 Milliliter (2 Tablespoon (Leveled))|
|Milk||8 Fluid Ounce (225 Milliliter)|
|Butter||1⁄2 Ounce (15 Grams)|
|Single cream/Creamy milk||60 Milliliter (4 Tablespoon)|
1. In a heatproof bowl, mix the cornflour with the sugar.
2. Add the milk and the butter in small pieces
3. Mix well while adding the sugar in a single stream
4. Microwave on HIGH for 2 1/2 minutes, uncovered, stirring halfway through cooking time.
5. Allow to cool
6. Serve immediately
If the mix is too thick, add a little cream, creamy milk or thin milk to thin out the custard
