Surprise Custard

Ingredients
  Cornflour 45 Milliliter (3 Tablespoon (Leveled))
  Vanilla sugar 10 Milliliter (2 Tablespoon (Leveled))
  Milk 8 Fluid Ounce (225 Milliliter)
  Butter 1⁄2 Ounce (15 Grams)
  Single cream/Creamy milk 60 Milliliter (4 Tablespoon)
Directions

GETTING READY
1. In a heatproof bowl, mix the cornflour with the sugar.
2. Add the milk and the butter in small pieces
3. Mix well while adding the sugar in a single stream

MAKING
4. Microwave on HIGH for 2 1/2 minutes, uncovered, stirring halfway through cooking time.
5. Allow to cool

SERVING
6. Serve immediately

TIP
If the mix is too thick, add a little cream, creamy milk or thin milk to thin out the custard
