Baked Coconut Custard
|Sugar||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Cornstarch||1 1⁄2 Tablespoon|
|Evaporated milk||14 1⁄2 Ounce|
1) Preheat oven to 350° F.
2) Take a 9 inch pan and grease it lightly.
3) Take a bowl and combine in it cornstarch and sugar. Add butter and mix well.
4) Cream the mixture nicely.
5) Add vanilla and milk. Blend the mixture.
6) Fold in coconut and mix well.
7) Pour mixture into greased pan and bake for about 30 minutes.
8) Serve with whipped cream and fruits, if desired.
