Carrot Custard

Ingredients
  Cooked carrots 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Eggs 2
  Cracker crumbs 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Milk 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Shredded cheese 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Butter 4 Tablespoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Bacon slices 2
Directions

Combine carrots, eggs, crumbs, milk, cheese, butter and salt; stir well.
Pour into 1 1/2-quart greased casserole; arrange bacon over top.
Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 45 minutes.
