Egg Custard Sauce

Ingredients
  Egg yolks 2
  Milk 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Sugar 1 Tablespoon
  Vanilla essence 1⁄2 Teaspoon
Directions

MAKING
1. In a Pyrex mixing bowl, beat together the egg and milk
2. Place the bowl in a large microwave safe dish containing about inch depth of water and microwave in the waterbath for two minutes
3. Stir and cook for another minute, add sugar and vanilla and cook for another minute

SERVING
4. Can be served hot or cold with puddings
