Potato Creese Custard
|Diced peeled potatoes||2 Cup (32 tbs), uncooked|
|Milk||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Processed cheese||5 Ounce (1 Jar)|
|Instant minced onion||1 Teaspoon|
|Eggs||2 , beaten|
|Snipped parsley||1 Tablespoon|
|Dry mustard||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
1 In a saucepan put potatoes and add enough water to cover them.Bring to a boil,remove from the heat and drain.
2 Arrange the potatoes in a 10x6x154-inch baking dish.
3 In a pan,heat milk,cheese spread and onion cook till the cheese melts.
4 In a separate bowl combine eggs,parsley,dry mustard,salt and pepper.Gradually stir the hot milk mixture into eggs and pour over potatoes.
5 Bake at 325 degress farenheit till a knife inserted just off-center comes out clean, 35 to 40 minutes.
6 Top with crumbled bacon if desired.
7 Let stand for 5 minutes before serving.
