Ingredients
  Eggs 2 (Size 3)
  Egg yolk 1 (Size 3)
  Caster sugar 5 Ounce (150 Gram)
  Cream cheese 18 Ounce (500 Gram)
  Lemon 1 (Use Peel)
  Self rising flour 2 Ounce (50 Gram)
  Raisins 2 Ounce (50 Gram)
Directions

MAKING
1) Take a large bowl and beat in eggs, sugar, cream cheese, lemon rind, raisin, and flour.
2) Whisk all the ingredients well to make a smooth batter.
3) Take a buttered 20 cm
/ 8"" tart mould and pour the mixture.
4) Cook for 6 minutes on power.

SERVING
5) Served chilled in the mould.
6) To make it more attractive, you can top the flan with cherries.
