Boiled Custard

Ingredients
  Eggs 2 , slightly beaten
  Salt 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Sugar 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Milk 2 Cup (32 tbs), scalded
  Vanilla 1⁄2 Teaspoon
Directions

Combine eggs, salt and sugar; add milk slowly and cook in top of double boiler until mixture coats a spoon.
Add vanilla, turn into individual serving dishes and chill.
Serves 4.
