1)In a medium saucepan melt the sugar until dissolved and becomes caramel and set aside.
2)Blend eggs, vanilla, sweet cream, sweetened condensed milk, evaporated milk and corn starch.
3)Pour the caramel into a pan and the liquids into the caramel. Cover and cook in a pressure cooker, with a little of water for 30 minutes.
4)Chill in the fridge for 5 hours.
5)Invert the vessel slowly on to a serving plate and enjoy!
